To vFax Customers,
We need a bit more time to finish preparing everything for you. We have pushed the upgrade back to October 1, 2021. The upgrades are part of what we are calling Vaspian’s TrueFax solution. Changes include but are not limited to:
- HIPPA compliance
- Improved stability
- Newer, easier interface
- Ability to integrate with traditional fax machines
More Information
- The old e-fax portal will be inaccessible starting October 15th, please make sure you have saved or downloaded any faxes you need to retain prior to then.
- Login information will be different, you will be given the information needed to access the new system by September 30th.
- The new portal will go live October 1, 2021.
